Priority

"If it's important to you, you will find a way. If not, you'll find an excuse." — Unknown

We often hear phrases like "Time is running fast, make it a priority," "Work should be your top concern," or "Your studies must come first." Yes, time is precious, and so are our responsibilities. But have you ever paused to consider what we really prioritize?

In our relentless pursuit of material success—jobs, education, financial stability—we often forget the most fundamental priority of all: ourselves.

Have you ever heard someone say, "I am my own priority"? Or, "After a long day, I make time for myself," or even "People around me matter just as much as my ambitions do"? Rarely, right? In a world that glorifies busyness and competition, self-care and human connection often take a back seat.

There’s a saying that the problem with today’s world is that we value things more than people—including ourselves. But here’s the truth: If you want to be valued, first value yourself. Prioritize your well-being, your peace, your relationships. When you do that, you won’t have to chase after things—they will come to you.

So tell yourself today: "I am important to me." And then, watch how life begins to align.

Super Human

Do you feel trapped in your own thoughts?   Like your mind is a never-ending maze, filled with worries, doubts, and fears? What’s stopping you from breaking free? Pause. Breathe. You're overthinking again. That restless feeling, that voice whispering worst-case scenarios—it’s just another trick your mind is playing. But you are not your thoughts. When you listen with your heart, you understand beyond words. When you feel with your heart, you experience life fully. When you act with your heart, you move with purpose. When you speak with your heart, your words heal. "Think with your heart. See with your heart. Hear with your heart. Feel with your heart. Act with your he...

Meditation

Are you truly at peace? If your answer is yes , then why do you still feel lost? Why do you drift off track? Why do you find yourself stuck, living a life beneath your potential? "It is not death that a man should fear, but rather he should fear never beginning to live." — Marcus Aurelius Take a moment. Be still. Pause. Breathe in. Breathe out. Let go of distractions. Now, ask yourself: Am I content with who I truly am? True contentment is not about mere comfort or temporary happiness. It is a deep alignment of the soul, mind, and body. When these are in harmony, there is clarity. There is strength. There is a purpose that guides your every step. But if they are not… What is holding you back? Fear? Doubt? The weight of past regrets? The anxiety of the unknown? Life does not wait. It continues to move forward, whether you choose to grow with it or remain stagnant. The real question is: Are you truly living? If your soul, mind, and body are aligned… then embrace life as it un...

Fasting: A Discipline for the Body, A Feast for the Soul

"Fasting is not just a physical discipline, it can be a spiritual feast." Jentezen Franklin Across different religions and cultures, fasting has remained a common spiritual practice—one of the earliest forms of worship and meditation, a way to connect with the Divine. But why do we fast? How does it affect us psychologically? There is a theory that when a person fasts, their veins contract slightly, regulating blood flow. This balance is believed to help in maintaining overall well-being. But does "blood flow" really matter? And if so, how does it impact us? Consider an electric cooler: if the water supply is too fast or too slow, the system malfunctions. Similarly, fasting helps regulate our bodily functions. The human body is like a machine—it needs a steady but controlled flow of nutrients. When this system is maintained, the soul aligns, bringing mental clarity and emotional stability. Fasting helps us recognize how much nourishment our body truly needs and w...
