About Deeplife

This blog delves into the deeper meaning of life. At some point, we all encounter moments when it feels like everything is stuck, as if nothing is moving forward. This often happens when we get caught in the cycle of overthinking our problems and hardships.

As Captain Jack Sparrow wisely said, "The problem is not the problem; the problem is the attitude towards the problem." (The Pirates of the Caribbean)

If you find yourself in such a situation, this post is a small effort to help you navigate through it. Sometimes, the key to overcoming challenges lies in shifting how we approach them, rather than focusing solely on the problem itself.

Happy reading! I hope this resonates with you and offers some clarity on how to find your way forward.

Hello!
First of all thanks for appreciating my work and going through it. I really like the idea of how you are connecting people globally in a positive way. After all, this is a virtual era and it's hard to find genuinity.
That is what I was trying to do, reaching out people to stay positive and mentoring them through motivational content - presented in a precise yet mind grabbing way. It's all about life matters related to oneself and how to cope with the surroundings.
I would further like to know regarding how can I help to be a part of your work and the role I would play? Adding to that, what would be the possible opportunities for my role?
Kindly guide me more.

Fasting: A Discipline for the Body, A Feast for the Soul

"Fasting is not just a physical discipline, it can be a spiritual feast." Jentezen Franklin Across different religions and cultures, fasting has remained a common spiritual practice—one of the earliest forms of worship and meditation, a way to connect with the Divine. But why do we fast? How does it affect us psychologically? There is a theory that when a person fasts, their veins contract slightly, regulating blood flow. This balance is believed to help in maintaining overall well-being. But does "blood flow" really matter? And if so, how does it impact us? Consider an electric cooler: if the water supply is too fast or too slow, the system malfunctions. Similarly, fasting helps regulate our bodily functions. The human body is like a machine—it needs a steady but controlled flow of nutrients. When this system is maintained, the soul aligns, bringing mental clarity and emotional stability. Fasting helps us recognize how much nourishment our body truly needs and w...

LIFE

Scenario #1: Warriors! Wait… are you still breathing? That’s life! Life will challenge you, knock you down, and sometimes feel like it’s too much to bear. But if you're still standing, if your heart is still beating, and you’re moving forward—no matter what—then it's time to celebrate that strength. Put a smile on your face, because you are alive. This is your moment to fight back and reclaim your power. No obstacle is too big when you realize that your resilience is greater. Embrace the warrior within you and keep pushing forward—no matter the odds! Scenario #2: Survivors! You’re breathing, yes. But simply existing isn’t enough. Life isn’t meant to be lived in confusion or uncertainty. You might find yourself at a crossroads, standing in the middle of the road, unsure of where to go or which direction to take. You may wonder, “What should I do next?” Should you stand still, wait for something to change, or search fo...

Sky Gaze

Have You Ever Seen the Night Sky? Why do we look up at the night sky? Night is dark. And sometimes, life feels just like that—like the weight of the night has settled over you, leaving nothing but darkness in sight. We've all heard it before: "Look for the bright side." But have you ever truly looked? The next time you find yourself gazing up at the night sky, take a moment to really see it. Notice how the brightest stars twinkle where the sky is the darkest. They don’t just exist in the void—they illuminate it. Life, too, has its dark moments. When it feels like the walls are closing in, like the weight of the world is pressing down on you, look up. The sky will remind you of something profound: the universe is vast. The struggles you face, no matter how heavy, are but a small part of something greater. So embrace the darkness, not as a void, but as a backdrop for your own light to shine. Be like that star—radiant, unwavering, and a beacon for others who may also be lost ...
