Trust

You are writing on a piece of paper, and something goes wrong. What do you do...?

Either you crumble it or tear it into pieces.
You try to straighten up the paper, you try to mend the page with Scotch tape. But does it return to its former position? No!

Trust is just like that...

When trust is broken, no matter how hard you try to restore it, it never truly goes back to its original state. The creases remain, the scars of betrayal linger, and the bond that once existed weakens. Why? Because of the "Loss of Faith" you place in others.

"Once gone is gone forever." — Anonymous

Don’t break anyone’s trust...
How do you do that? By maintaining it!

How do you maintain it? By ensuring your actions align with your words.

Trust is not built in a day, but it can be destroyed in an instant. It thrives on the consistency of actions and the fulfillment of promises. It is about showing up, standing by your word, and being reliable—even when no one is watching.

A trusted person is a person of integrity—someone who understands that trust is a precious gift, not a given right.

Value those who trust you.
Value that you are being trusted.
Because once trust is broken, the damage may never fully heal.

Fasting: A Discipline for the Body, A Feast for the Soul

"Fasting is not just a physical discipline, it can be a spiritual feast." Jentezen Franklin Across different religions and cultures, fasting has remained a common spiritual practice—one of the earliest forms of worship and meditation, a way to connect with the Divine. But why do we fast? How does it affect us psychologically? There is a theory that when a person fasts, their veins contract slightly, regulating blood flow. This balance is believed to help in maintaining overall well-being. But does "blood flow" really matter? And if so, how does it impact us? Consider an electric cooler: if the water supply is too fast or too slow, the system malfunctions. Similarly, fasting helps regulate our bodily functions. The human body is like a machine—it needs a steady but controlled flow of nutrients. When this system is maintained, the soul aligns, bringing mental clarity and emotional stability. Fasting helps us recognize how much nourishment our body truly needs and w...

Sky Gaze

Have You Ever Seen the Night Sky? Why do we look up at the night sky? Night is dark. And sometimes, life feels just like that—like the weight of the night has settled over you, leaving nothing but darkness in sight. We've all heard it before: "Look for the bright side." But have you ever truly looked? The next time you find yourself gazing up at the night sky, take a moment to really see it. Notice how the brightest stars twinkle where the sky is the darkest. They don’t just exist in the void—they illuminate it. Life, too, has its dark moments. When it feels like the walls are closing in, like the weight of the world is pressing down on you, look up. The sky will remind you of something profound: the universe is vast. The struggles you face, no matter how heavy, are but a small part of something greater. So embrace the darkness, not as a void, but as a backdrop for your own light to shine. Be like that star—radiant, unwavering, and a beacon for others who may also be lost ...

Unshaken

In turbulent times, it becomes more important than ever to stand rooted in truth, faith, and critical thinking. While emotions often run high and social media floods our screens with half-formed narratives, it is essential to remind ourselves that not everything we hear is grounded in fact. Pakistan, in its current posture, is following a strategy aligned with international law, and this deserves recognition rather than reactionary skepticism. As citizens, our role is not merely to observe but to understand. Rash judgments and panic do not serve national interest—strategic patience does. The country’s institutions, especially the armed forces, are carrying out their duties with responsibility and coordination. There is no place for haste or blind outrage. Instead, this is a moment to reflect, analyze critically, and show maturity as a nation. We are not just a population living within borders—we are Pakistan. Our identity is tied to deep values: faith, unity, and sacrifice. We mu...
