Real-Life Superheroes

Do you know someone truly selfless? Someone who, without a second thought, puts others before themselves? Maybe a superhero from a movie comes to mind.

But do such people really exist in the real world?

Right now, the world is facing a common enemy—COVID-19, among many other crises. We are all fighting in different ways. The numbers keep rising, lives are being lost, and yet, amidst it all, some individuals continue to fight—not for themselves, but for you.

While you stay home, they step out. While you work remotely, they work tirelessly, far from their families, putting your safety above their own. They have made you their priority.

They are out there for you—so stay home for them. It’s the least we can do.

These are the real-life superheroes.

I deeply appreciate the daily applause from people worldwide. These heroes need our support now more than ever.

This is for the health workers, nurses, and doctors risking their lives.
This is for the factory workers who quarantined themselves at their workplace to ensure no shortage of masks and protective gear.
This is for the Palestinian volunteer health workers, who stand on the front lines, tending to the wounded amidst unimaginable hardship. They move through destruction and danger, with nothing but courage and compassion, ensuring that even in the darkest of times, humanity prevails.
This is for all those who continue to uplift and inspire us in these difficult times.

Salute to you all. Hats off!

Fasting: A Discipline for the Body, A Feast for the Soul

"Fasting is not just a physical discipline, it can be a spiritual feast." Jentezen Franklin Across different religions and cultures, fasting has remained a common spiritual practice—one of the earliest forms of worship and meditation, a way to connect with the Divine. But why do we fast? How does it affect us psychologically? There is a theory that when a person fasts, their veins contract slightly, regulating blood flow. This balance is believed to help in maintaining overall well-being. But does "blood flow" really matter? And if so, how does it impact us? Consider an electric cooler: if the water supply is too fast or too slow, the system malfunctions. Similarly, fasting helps regulate our bodily functions. The human body is like a machine—it needs a steady but controlled flow of nutrients. When this system is maintained, the soul aligns, bringing mental clarity and emotional stability. Fasting helps us recognize how much nourishment our body truly needs and w...

LIFE

Scenario #1: Warriors! Wait… are you still breathing? That’s life! Life will challenge you, knock you down, and sometimes feel like it’s too much to bear. But if you're still standing, if your heart is still beating, and you’re moving forward—no matter what—then it's time to celebrate that strength. Put a smile on your face, because you are alive. This is your moment to fight back and reclaim your power. No obstacle is too big when you realize that your resilience is greater. Embrace the warrior within you and keep pushing forward—no matter the odds! Scenario #2: Survivors! You’re breathing, yes. But simply existing isn’t enough. Life isn’t meant to be lived in confusion or uncertainty. You might find yourself at a crossroads, standing in the middle of the road, unsure of where to go or which direction to take. You may wonder, “What should I do next?” Should you stand still, wait for something to change, or search fo...

Sky Gaze

Have You Ever Seen the Night Sky? Why do we look up at the night sky? Night is dark. And sometimes, life feels just like that—like the weight of the night has settled over you, leaving nothing but darkness in sight. We've all heard it before: "Look for the bright side." But have you ever truly looked? The next time you find yourself gazing up at the night sky, take a moment to really see it. Notice how the brightest stars twinkle where the sky is the darkest. They don’t just exist in the void—they illuminate it. Life, too, has its dark moments. When it feels like the walls are closing in, like the weight of the world is pressing down on you, look up. The sky will remind you of something profound: the universe is vast. The struggles you face, no matter how heavy, are but a small part of something greater. So embrace the darkness, not as a void, but as a backdrop for your own light to shine. Be like that star—radiant, unwavering, and a beacon for others who may also be lost ...
