There is a mathematical concept of "reciprocal". Well, we all know how it works... Let's take a deeper look.

Reciprocate "1" by "8"...
You get "8" by "1"...
The value of one reciprocated by "one". The value of eight by an "eight".

This is exactly, how "Respect" works in our lives. The more the value you give the more it returns to you. You earn it by giving it.
