Consience

"Let your conscience always be your guide." — Jiminy Cricket

We all have both a good and a bad side, and our actions often reflect how we feel. When we feel good, we do good. When we feel bad, we may act in ways we later regret. There's nothing unusual about this—we're human, and making mistakes is a natural part of life.

But do you know when things truly go wrong?

It’s when you stop listening to your inner voice.

That voice may seem small, almost insignificant, yet it holds the greatest power over your life. What do we often do instead?

We focus on the noise around us—the voices of others, the energy in our surroundings. Meanwhile, that quiet inner voice warns us:

"Don’t do it. Stay away from it."

Yet, as humans, we tend to ignore it. We act based on external influences rather than the wisdom within.

This conscience is within all of us, but only a few truly listen to it.

My advice?

Follow your inner voice. Follow your conscience.

Those who do either find their way back or never stray in the first place.

Trust it—it will never lead you astray. Instead, it will guide you toward success.

Fasting: A Discipline for the Body, A Feast for the Soul

"Fasting is not just a physical discipline, it can be a spiritual feast." Jentezen Franklin Across different religions and cultures, fasting has remained a common spiritual practice—one of the earliest forms of worship and meditation, a way to connect with the Divine. But why do we fast? How does it affect us psychologically? There is a theory that when a person fasts, their veins contract slightly, regulating blood flow. This balance is believed to help in maintaining overall well-being. But does "blood flow" really matter? And if so, how does it impact us? Consider an electric cooler: if the water supply is too fast or too slow, the system malfunctions. Similarly, fasting helps regulate our bodily functions. The human body is like a machine—it needs a steady but controlled flow of nutrients. When this system is maintained, the soul aligns, bringing mental clarity and emotional stability. Fasting helps us recognize how much nourishment our body truly needs and w...

LIFE

Scenario #1: Warriors! Wait… are you still breathing? That’s life! Life will challenge you, knock you down, and sometimes feel like it’s too much to bear. But if you're still standing, if your heart is still beating, and you’re moving forward—no matter what—then it's time to celebrate that strength. Put a smile on your face, because you are alive. This is your moment to fight back and reclaim your power. No obstacle is too big when you realize that your resilience is greater. Embrace the warrior within you and keep pushing forward—no matter the odds! Scenario #2: Survivors! You’re breathing, yes. But simply existing isn’t enough. Life isn’t meant to be lived in confusion or uncertainty. You might find yourself at a crossroads, standing in the middle of the road, unsure of where to go or which direction to take. You may wonder, “What should I do next?” Should you stand still, wait for something to change, or search fo...

Sky Gaze

Have You Ever Seen the Night Sky? Why do we look up at the night sky? Night is dark. And sometimes, life feels just like that—like the weight of the night has settled over you, leaving nothing but darkness in sight. We've all heard it before: "Look for the bright side." But have you ever truly looked? The next time you find yourself gazing up at the night sky, take a moment to really see it. Notice how the brightest stars twinkle where the sky is the darkest. They don’t just exist in the void—they illuminate it. Life, too, has its dark moments. When it feels like the walls are closing in, like the weight of the world is pressing down on you, look up. The sky will remind you of something profound: the universe is vast. The struggles you face, no matter how heavy, are but a small part of something greater. So embrace the darkness, not as a void, but as a backdrop for your own light to shine. Be like that star—radiant, unwavering, and a beacon for others who may also be lost ...
