The Boomerang Effect: A Lesson in Karma
Do you know how a boomerang is designed and what it’s used for?
It’s a flat, thin, airfoil-shaped tool that spins around its own axis, perpendicular to its flight. Originally used for hunting, it has a unique characteristic—when thrown correctly, it returns to the thrower.
Now, imagine you say something hurtful to someone or betray their trust. Why did you do it? Because, at that moment, you thought it was insignificant—just like a thin airfoil. You didn’t take it seriously. But, just like the boomerang, your actions come back to you.
The same principle applies to kindness. When you do good, it returns with the same power and intensity with which it was given. Every action—whether good or bad—spins through life, eventually finding its way back, just like a boomerang in flight.
In short, karma hunts you down as you once hunted. What goes around, comes around. Or as the old saying goes:
"As you sow, so shall you reap."
So, be mindful of your actions. Time changes, and karma never forgets.
"When a bird is alive, it eats ants. When the bird dies, ants eat it.
One tree can produce a million matchsticks, but one matchstick can burn a million trees.
Circumstances change in an instant. Never devalue or hurt anyone in life.
You may be powerful today, but time is always more powerful."
Make your intentions pure, for your actions are a reflection of your true intentions. Choose goodness, intend goodness, and goodness will find its way back to you.
Still doubtful? Try it and see for yourself!
