As all of you are stuck in home... You may get demotivated or feel down or get bored. Make it the best time for your work outs and meditation.

GET STARTED... whatever you like to do, playing games, sports, dancing, aerobics, work out, do yoga, gym or even just going for a walk might help.

EXERCISE! It may not give you prompt results, it may be gradual. It's not just for a day, it should be done with consistency. Consistency creates focus, being focused make you succeed at some point and it makes you feel Confident.

Exercise, because its not limited to  your body, it also helps in keeping away diseases. Its Healthy.

Exercise for a good posture, so you have that good attitude.
